  • Basic technical information. Website and hosting providers may automatically record information such as an IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, dates and times of access, and referring pages for security, reliability, and website operation.

Please do not submit sensitive information that is not requested or reasonably needed for your inquiry or application.

2. How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Respond to questions and requests for information.
  • Review and coordinate Cursillo weekend applications, sponsorship, and related communication.
  • Connect participants with Ultreyas, friendship groups, School of Leaders, and other Fourth Day opportunities.
  • Send requested ministry news, event notices, reminders, and follow-up communication.
  • Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website and its forms.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the safety, rights, and integrity of individuals and the ministry.

3. How information is shared

We may share information with authorized Cincinnati Cursillo leaders, volunteers, clergy, weekend teams, or local coordinators when reasonably necessary to respond to you or carry out the ministry purpose for which the information was provided.

We may also share information with service providers that help us host the website, manage forms, communicate, or support ministry operations; when required by law or legal process; or when reasonably necessary to protect safety and prevent misuse.

We do not sell or rent personal information and do not share it for third-party targeted advertising.

This website uses or links to services operated by other organizations, including Jotform for weekend applications, GoHighLevel for information forms, YouTube for testimonial videos, and Google Maps for directions. Hosting and email service providers may also process information on our behalf.

When you visit or submit information through a third-party service, that provider may collect and use information under its own privacy policy and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before submitting personal information.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

The website itself does not use cookies for targeted advertising. 9. Children’s privacy
